DreamBooks is a website for people interested in children's books to browse and discover books, authors, series, awards, lists, communities, and related reading information. You may use the site only in a lawful manner and only for personal, non-exclusive access to the services we make available.

You are responsible for your use of the site and for any activity that occurs through your account or profile. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use DreamBooks.

Your use of the site does not grant any license to reuse third-party content beyond what applicable law permits.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of DreamBooks at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature, page, catalog entry, profile, or community area will always be available, error-free, or complete.

We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DreamBooks after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms.

DreamBooks may reference, display, or link to third-party websites, products, book data, or services. Those third-party resources are governed by their own terms and policies, not these terms.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices, and a link or reference does not necessarily mean we endorse that third party.

DreamBooks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Catalog information, reading lists, community details, and public profile content may contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information. You should use your own judgment before relying on any content on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamBooks and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the site.

If liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of DreamBooks and its operators for claims arising out of or related to the site will be limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
